Rose and Dan met six years ago, one of them living in the UK, the other in Korea. Most of that time went on buying flights and counting down to the next trip: at least a month in each other's city whenever they could manage it.
This year Dan finally moved to London. Not long after, they decided to get married.
They picked Hackney Town Hall for the ceremony since it's close to the home they're building together, then walked over to London Fields for portraits, a park they already knew well. Rose's parents flew in from Hong Kong, Dan's parents from Korea, both families closing a distance none of them had ever quite gotten used to.
Congratulations, Rose and Dan.
