R and J started their wedding day at Claridge's in Mayfair. A slow morning in the suite with flowers, champagne and the last few details, then down the hotel's famous black and white staircase together.
A black cab took them across to Old Marylebone Town Hall, where a string duo was playing as family and friends gathered in the wood-panelled Marylebone Room. It was a small ceremony, close enough that everyone caught every look, every laugh and a few happy tears.
After cheers on the town hall steps and portraits between the columns, we finished the day at Luca in Clerkenwell, with dinner by candlelight in the courtyard.
