J and J met in a queue at a market a few years ago, standing one behind the other.
A while later they were both back in Taiwan at the same time, and he was the one who asked her out. Then they were in different countries again, him in Japan, her in the UK. They kept in touch anyway.
The year before last she decided she wanted to see what living in England was actually like, so she came.
We spent an afternoon around Chelsea and Sloane Square in January. There wasn't much of a plan beyond a rough route and somewhere to stop for coffee. The frames I like best are the ones where they'd stopped paying attention to me.
